
Caddy on Call
This project, Caddy on Call, was designed to connect golfers with available caddies quickly and effortlessly, while also offering additional services such as location tracking, equipment management, and job status updates. My role encompassed developing the brand identity and translating it into a clean, intuitive interface for both web and mobile. I began by mapping out user flows to ensure a frictionless booking experience, followed by creating wireframes and high-fidelity mockups with a minimal, sport-inspired aesthetic.
This project was especially exciting as it merged my passion for design with the challenge of building a product for a niche market, requiring a balance between simplicity, clarity, and functionality for both golfers and caddies.


Caddie on Call
Following the initial launch, the client returned with valuable feedback, and further user research revealed opportunities to enhance usability and visual appeal. I returned to the drawing board, implementing design refinements, updated colours, and improved navigation to create an even more user-friendly experience that resonated with both golfers and caddies.
